Summer Program Intern
Our summer program interns are the jack-of-all-trades around Butman, with their daily schedule changing and flexing to meet the needs of the guest groups on site. One day you could be running the belay on the high ropes course in the morning, facilitating group games in the afternoon and then life guarding at the pool following dinner. Other days you may file paperwork, serve as liaison to the leaders of the group or drop into the kitchen to help wash dishes. That’s one of the joys of an internship at Butman, every day is a little different!
“The opportunity to work at Butman was one of the best experiences God has blessed me with, thus far. That summer challenged me spiritually, physically and emotionally. I was able to grow in my faith and learn so much more than I ever expected to as a staff member. I was surrounded by God’s loving arms
through the accountability and support I found in the Butman staff team. Best summer ever!” – Sarah
